Annual Compliance Certificate for Insolvency Professional Agencies
Gemini said The IBBI has mandated that all registered Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) submit an Annual Compliance Certificate to facilitate the monitoring of their performance and adherence to statutory obligations.
