Applicability of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 notified on 25th July, 2019
IBBI clarified that the 2019 Liquidation Process Amendment Regulations apply only to liquidation proceedings commenced on or after 25 July 2019, not to those initiated earlier, resolving stakeholder concerns.
