The CGST Delhi South Commissionerate arrested a company director for a ₹60.59 crore fraudulent ITC scam involving ₹397.23 crore in bogus smartphone invoices. With no genuine business trail, the accused faces prosecution under the CGST Act's anti-evasion provisions.
