Circular - Filing of Form CIRP 8 under the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016
This IBBI circular mandates Resolution Professionals to file Form CIRP 8 electronically by the 140th day of insolvency commencement, detailing their determination on avoidance transactions. It applies to all CIRPs ongoing or commencing on or after July 14, 2021.
