Circular - IBBI’s Electronic Platform for hosting Public Notices of Auctions of Liquidation Assets under the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016
This IBBI circular mandates liquidators to upload public notices for all liquidation asset auctions onto the designated IBBI electronic platform. The upload must occur on the exact same day the notice is published in newspapers, effective October 1, 2021.
