Circular- Introduction of Modification Utility & Commencement of levy of fee for delayed filing of Forms under Regulation 40B of the CIRP Regulations
IBBI introduced a modification utility for CP forms and imposed a ₹500 per month delay fee for late filings after 31 December 2025 under Regulation 40B.
