Circular - Monetary Penalties to be imposed by an Insolvency Professional Agency
To ensure uniformity, this IBBI circular directs Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) to amend their Bye-laws. They must establish a graduated structure of minimum and maximum monetary penalties that their Disciplinary Committees can impose on members for professional contraventions.
