Circular No. 13/2020 One time relaxation from verification of tax return for the assessment year 2015-2016, 2016-2017,2017-2018,2018-2019,2019-2020, which pending non filing of ITRV
It allows taxpayers to verify previously filed but unverified Income Tax Returns (due to non-submission of ITR-V) for AY 2015–16 to 2019–20 within an extended time, so that such returns can be treated as valid and processed under the Income Tax Act.
