Circular - Withdrawal of Circular dated 26th August, 2019 regarding applicability of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 notified on 25th July, 2019
This IBBI circular withdraws its August 2019 clarification regarding the July 2019 Liquidation Process amendments. The Board notified a new 2022 amendment to explicitly clarify which specific provisions (such as 2A, 21A, 31A, and 44) apply prospectively.
