Clarification - Consideration of matters / issues by the committee of creditors on request by members of the committee
This IBBI circular clarifies that CoC members with at least 33% voting rights can mandate the Resolution Professional to convene a meeting or add agenda items. Requests from members with under 33% are subject to the RP's merit-based discretion.
