Clarifications with respect to Temporary Surrender of Professional Membership
This IBBI circular clarifies that the process for the "Temporary Surrender of Professional Membership" by Insolvency Professionals no longer exists. It was rendered obsolete by July 2019 regulatory amendments that introduced the "Authorisation for Assignment" (AFA) framework.
