Deposit of unclaimed dividends and / or undistributed proceeds of liquidation process in accordance with regulation 46 of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016
This IBBI circular instructs liquidators to deposit unclaimed dividends and undistributed liquidation proceeds into the new "IBBI-Corporate Liquidation Account" at Punjab National Bank. Liquidators must also email the deposit particulars using Form-I to liq.cirp@ibbi.gov.in.
