Insolvency professional not to outsource his responsibilities
This circular clarifies that an insolvency professional must personally perform all duties under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and cannot outsource statutory responsibilities. It also prohibits requiring third-party certificates to verify the eligibility of resolution applicants, as such certification is not envisaged under the Code.
