Notification by Government of national capital territory of Delhi dated 9 Aug 2012 to make the following addition In Schedule
The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi notification dated 9 August 2012 under Section 4 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954 added certain establishments to the Schedule, granting them exemption from some provisions of the Act (such as working hours and closing days), subject to conditions.
