The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi notification dated 3 December 2025, issued under Sections 133 and 135 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, means the government exercised its authority to issue rules, procedures, or enforcement directions relating to workplace safety, health standards, inspections, or compliance requirements for establishments in Delhi under the code.
