Notification of Government of national capital territory of Delhi dated 8 march 2016 power conferred by sub section (1) of section 20
The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi notification dated 8 March 2016, issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923, means the government designated/appointed authorities (such as Commissioners) to handle employees’ compensation claims and regulate their jurisdiction/procedure in Delhi.
