The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi notification dated 29 April 2013, issued under Section 4 of the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953 (as extended to Delhi), means the government brought certain categories of employees/employers within the scope of the Labour Welfare Fund contributions or made changes in coverage under the Schedule.
