Pre-registration Educational Course under the IBBI (Insolvency Professional) Regulations, 2016
To ease COVID-19 disruptions, this IBBI circular temporarily allows prospective Insolvency Professionals to complete their mandatory pre-registration educational courses online. The course must be completed by September 30, 2020, with registration applications submitted by October 31, 2020.
