Temporary Surrender and Revival of Professional Membership of an Insolvency Professiona
This IBBI circular advises Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) to generally reject requests for the temporary surrender of membership if the Insolvency Professional is actively managing an ongoing insolvency process, acting as an authorized representative, or empaneled for specific roles (like a SEBI Administrator). Additionally, it introduces standardized forms (Forms A through F) to formalize the application, approval, IBBI intimation, and revival processes for temporary surrenders.
