Valuation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
This IBBI circular strictly mandates that, effective February 1, 2019, Insolvency Professionals must exclusively appoint IBBI-registered valuers to conduct any valuations under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The transitional period allowing unregistered valuers expired on January 31, 2019
