Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The role involves handling accounts, statutory compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, and expense entries
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
Ensure TDS compliance and timely return filings
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Support budgeting, MIS, and management reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime is mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Profile
Experience in handling audits and compliance independently
Exposure to payroll processing and statutory deductions
Experience in service or corporate industry
