💼 Position: AM/DM – Compliance
👨⚖️ Qualification: Full-time LL.B. / LL.M. from a UGC/AICTE-approved institution
📈 Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage online regulatory compliance systems and tools
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, etc.)
✅ Monitor compliance status and mitigate regulatory risks
✅ Interpret legislations and assess applicability across business functions
✅ Develop compliance training modules and awareness programs
✅ Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management
✅ Track regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance
