Qualified Member of ICSI (ACS)

Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and Corporate
Secretarial Practices
ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances
SEBI compliance for PMS & AIF, legal documentation and regulatory coordination
