Associate - Media, Entertainment & Real Estate | 1 - 2 Years PQE
We are looking for an Associate with 1 - 2 years of experience to join
our Mumbai office.
The Associate will work closely with our partners across Media &
Entertainment and Real Estate, and will be involved in:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
Supporting transactions from structuring through execution
Conducting due diligence and legal research
Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations
Assisting on select litigation and dispute-related matters
Handling day-to-day legal and commercial requirements of clients
We’re looking for someone with strong drafting and communication
skills, sound legal fundamentals, commercial judgment and the ability
to take ownership of matters.
