Of India, engaged in rendering telephony services and enterprise business communication solutions, Cloud & SAAS etc. in the state of Maharashtra and Goa, under the Logo ' Tata Tele Business Services ' is looking for a Company Secretary (ACS) having PQE of 8-10 years with exposure in manging end to end secretarial affairs including strong grip on SEBI LODR and Secretarial Standards.
Level :- Senior Manager
Salary Band :- Between Rs.25 -30 Lacs including variable component
Staff :- 2 trained in-house resources and secretarial support from an external agency
Location : HQ at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode :- On site; 5 days a week
Joining :- immediate/ max 30 days joining
