Opening for Qualified Company Secretary – The Souled Store Company
We are currently looking for a qualified Company Secretary with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team.
Company: The Souled Store Private Limited
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing day-to-day compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA
2. Independently handling end-to-end corporate actions such as Rights Issue, Share Transfers, Private Placements, etc.
3. Coordinating with external advisors, RTA, and AD Banks for seamless execution of corporate actions
4. Overseeing compliance requirements for both Indian and overseas subsidiaries
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Prior experience in handling compliance for both Private and Public Companies
2. Strong research orientation with a proactive learning mindset
3. Ability to manage assignments independently with attention to detail
