We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Company Secretary.
Location: Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: CS + LLB
Key Requirements:
Exposure to IPO processes, DRHP filling and/or currently working with a listed company
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations & corporate governance
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Willingness to relocate to Paonta Sahib
Preferred Background:
* Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences / Manufacturing Industry
