Options Group has been retained to hire a Head Compliance & Company Secretary for a large private equity fund house based in Mumbai. Candidates with more than 15 years of extensive experience in AIF, CAT-2 funds with exposure to managing the secretarial vertical will be a good fit for this role.
Must have:
- 15 years experience
- Exposure to SEBI AIF regulations, CS - Board Governance and ability to conduct a board meeting
- Work from office, Mumbai
