We're Hiring | Company Secretary (CS) + LLB | Noida (NCR)
We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) + LLB qualified professional with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Noida. This role offers a balanced exposure to Company Secretarial (50%) and Legal (50%) functions.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CS + LLB (Mandatory)
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong exposure to Contract Management, Corporate Compliance, Secretarial Practices, and Legal Advisory
- Candidates currently working with law firms and looking to transition to an in-house corporate role are encouraged to apply
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of the NCR region.
