We're Hiring | Legal Associate (PQE: 2–3 Years)
G. Giri & Partners LLP, invites applications from advocates looking to
build a serious, long-term career in litigation.
Position: Associate (PQE: 2–3 Years)
Office Location: B- Block, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.
The selected candidate will work directly with the partners on matters
before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across India, Tribunals
and District Courts, with hands on involvement in:
1) Legal research using portals like SCC Online and formulation of
case strategy.
2) Drafting of petitions, pleadings and written submissions in a time
bound manner.
3) Client conferences and briefings
4) Coordination with Senior counsels and case management.
5) Court appearances across diverse practice areas including but not
limited to constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration
matters.
We believe in giving responsibility early. Associates at our firm are
not confined to the back office; they are expected to own their
matters, appear in court, and grow into independent litigators.
Who we're looking for:
1) Strong research and drafting skills.
2) Meticulous attention to detail.
3) Willingness to take ownership of matters end-to-end.
4) Genuine commitment to building a litigation practice.
Prior experience in Supreme Court and High Court litigation will be a
distinct advantage. Enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi is
mandatory.
