A listed company is looking to engage a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) on a retainership basis.
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Engagement Details:
• Retainership basis.
• Candidate is expected to visit the office minimum twice a week
Key Requirements:
• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/CS)
• Hands-on experience with listed company compliances
• Ability to independently handle all applicable statutory and SEBI compliances
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and corporate governance requirements
