Experience : 3 -5 years
Role Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for a Qualified Company
Secretary on an urgent basis having an experience of 3 - 5 years. The
ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and
interpretation skills, and be eager to gain hands-on exposure in
corporate compliance, legal advisory, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory
records, registers, resolutions, and returns as per the Companies Act,
2013.
Support the drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, and policies.
Conduct legal and regulatory research, and interpret circulars,
notifications, and updates relevant to Listed and unlisted entities.
Coordinate and assist in organizing Board, Committee, and General
Meetings; drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.
Liaise with consultants, and regulatory authorities including ROC,
MCA, RBI, etc.
Assist in maintaining compliance dashboards and reports.
Participate in internal projects, audits, and compliance.
Handling ESOP related activities

Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: CS Professional Cleared (Male Candidates Preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpretation and analytical abilities, especially of
regulatory content.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive learner with an interest in Listing regulations, Company
law, and Corporate governance.
