We're Hiring: Company Secretary & Compliance Professional
1 Finance is looking for a legal & compliance expert to keep us on the
right side of every rulebook — Companies Act, SEBI RIA, and RBI
(NBFC-P2P).
The role, in short: You'll manage secretarial compliances, handle SEBI
RIA and RBI-related filings and reporting, draft and review legal
documents and contracts, maintain statutory records, and coordinate
with auditors, consultants, and regulators. 📋
What you need: CS / CS Inter / LLB (or equivalent), prior experience
in secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance, and strong legal
drafting skills. Exposure to SEBI RIA and NBFC-P2P frameworks is
preferred.
