Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, a listed company based in Chennai, is looking for a qualified Company Secretary for the position of Assistant Company Secretary.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in Secretarial, Corporate Governance and regulatory compliances, including compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA and other applicable laws, preparation of Board and Committee meeting notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions, statutory filings, maintenance of statutory records and other secretarial functions.
The candidate should possess good drafting, communication and organisational skills, with sound knowledge of corporate and securities laws. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in a listed company and candidates based in Chennai/local candidates.

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited, a listed company based in Chennai, is looking for a Secretarial Assistant to support the Company Secretarial and Compliance functions of the Company.
The candidate will assist in MCA portal filings and statutory compliances, preparation and maintenance of secretarial records, registers and documents, support in preparation of Board and Committee meeting documents, filing of e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other routine secretarial activities. The candidate should have working knowledge of the MCA portal and Companies Act-related filings, good computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
Candidates with prior experience in a listed company or corporate secretarial department will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates based in Chennai/local candidates. A Company Secretary qualification is not mandatory for this position.
