💼 Position: Company Secretary / Compliance Professional
📍 Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar
🎯 Experience: 5+ Years
💰 CTC Range: ₹10 - 15 LPA
🎓 Qualifications: CS / M.Com / LLB / Post Graduate Qualification
(Note: Candidates from non-CS backgrounds are welcome to apply but must have a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the Financial Services/Financial Sector).
⚡ Core Focus Areas & Requirements:
Sector Knowledge: Rich background across Financial Services, Financial Markets, Capital Markets, or NBFCs.
Specialized Regulations: Strong, practical knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA guidelines, and FEMA.
Risk & Controls: Prior experience managing core Compliance, Risk Management, and AML/CFT frameworks.
Competencies: Strong capability in execution of regulatory research coupled with excellent communication skills.
