ARP Advisory is looking for a CS Intern to join our team in Bangalore and gain hands-on exposure in corporate and regulatory compliances.
📌 Eligibility Criteria
* CS Professional Programme – Passed
* Strong understanding of Corporate & Allied Laws
* Good command over English (written & spoken)
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools
* Sound knowledge of legal drafting
💰 Stipend
₹15,000 per month
⚖️ Areas of Exposure
* Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Compliances
* Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and Reserve Bank of India Regulations
