Key Responsibilities:
Handling compliances applicable to listed entities as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015Filing of annual and event-based forms with ROC on the MCA portal
Assisting in drafting of Annual Report
Managing Board Meeting and General Meeting compliances
Supporting other corporate governance functions
