FDI, RBI Compliances
Legal Due Diligence & Transaction Documents
FEMA Compliance
Shares: Issue, Transfer, Transmission,
Strike-off, Conversion
Registrations: GST, LEI, IEC, MSME, IPRs, Digital Signatures
Location:
Unit No. 104, 1st Floor, Vipul Business Park, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122018. Stipend for Executive Cleared:* 8k-10k per month.
Stipend for Professional Cleared: 12k-14k per month
