and regulatory filings that actually matter. You'll be expected to
read, think, and draft - not just execute checklists.

1. Companies Act and LLP Act compliance across diverse client structures
2. FEMA / RBI advisory support and documentation
3. Due diligence, research, and case study analysis
4. Real drafting - board resolutions, agreements, regulatory submissions
