Position: Company Secretary - Management Trainee
Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager / AM in the execution of advisory/representation/implementation of regulatory.
- Drafting and vetting of Secretarial and Legal Documents.
- Support in corporate secretarial assignments of group companies.
Eligibility & Experience:
