📢 Urgent Vacancy – CS Management Trainee and CS Fresher
Karm Sawhney & Associates, a Peer-Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries, is looking for sharp, academically strong and sincere candidates for its office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi. The Proprietor of the firm is a Fellow Member of ICSI.
Open Positions:
CS Management Trainee
CS Fresher
Areas of Exposure:
Corporate Secretarial & Company Law Compliances (including due diligence & audits)
SEBI Compliances
LLP Compliances (Registration & Filing)
FEMA (FC-GPR/TRS, Compounding, ODI Compliances, etc.)
IPR (Trademark & Copyright compliances)
Start-up & Funding Compliances (SHA, SSA, SPA Agreements / Pre & Post Funding Compliances, etc.)
Other allied corporate compliances (MSME, Stamp Duty, Depository, etc.)
Optional exposure to Finance & Taxation work handled within the same firm
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent command over Company Law and strong academic background
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Basic understanding of AI tools
Responsible attitude and willingness to learn
Candidates appearing for examinations in December 2026 will not be preferred
💰 Management Trainee Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending upon the interview
💼 CS Fresher Salary: Based on knowledge, skills and interview performance
📍 Location: Jhandewalan, New Delhi
