Purple Wave Infocom Limited, a BSE SME listed company, is looking for a CS Management Trainee to join our Corporate Secretarial & Compliance team.
- Position: CS Management Trainee
- Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Preferred: CS Professional passed candidates
Key Exposure:
- Companies Act, 2013 & MCA compliances
- SEBI LODR & listed-company compliances
- Stock exchange filings and corporate disclosures
- Board & Committee meetings
- AGM/EGM compliances
- Drafting notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes
- Statutory registers and corporate records
- Annual Report & Directors' Report
- General corporate governance and secretarial matters
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in listed-company compliance and corporate governance.
