💼 Position: CS Management Trainee
📍 Location: Bibwewadi, Pune
🎓 Eligibility: CS students eligible for ICSI Management Training
🎯 What you'll work on:
ROC & XBRL Filings: Handling AOC-4, MGT-7, and annual compliance returns.
FEMA & Foreign Exchange: Exposure to FDI, ODI, and RBI reporting.
Corporate Governance: Managing board processes, drafting resolutions, notices, and minutes.
LLP Frameworks: Setting up, registering, and maintaining compliance for LLPs under the LLP Act.
Taxation & Miscellaneous: Handling company GST returns and handling complex, real-case corporate compliance problems.
