PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher) is looking for a CS Management Trainee to join its Company Secretarial team.
During the 21-month training, you will gain practical exposure across:
- Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance
- Board & Committee Meetings – agenda, notices, minutes and follow-up actions
- Statutory Filings & Corporate Governance
- Private & Public Company Compliance
- Frequent Corporate Actions – including Private Placements, Rights Issues and other fundraising/capital-related matters
- Mergers & Amalgamations and related corporate law processes
Who are we looking for?
A candidate who is curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in Corporate Laws and Secretarial practice.
✔️ CS Professional cleared candidates will be preferred.
📌 Location: Worli, Mumbai
⏳ Duration: 21 months
💰 Stipend: As per industry standards and commensurate with the candidate's caliber
