Exposure & Scope of Work:
Candidates will have exposure of Secretarial and other Corporate laws, Drafting notices and other legal documents, Government Correspondence, Preparation of Annual Report, MCA Filling, Work related to Board and Other Committees Meeting, Preparation of E-forms and submission thereof, Maintenance of statutory records and registers; and other legal and secretarial works.
