• CS Trainee
• Semi-Qualified CS
If you’re eager to work in the Startup Ecosystem and wants to work directly with Founders, this role is for you which provides a hands-on experience about Startups in India including but not limited to following exposure to:
• Transactional Advisory / Fund-raising
• Merger & Acquisitions
• Due-Diligence / Valuation
• Capital Restructuring / Understanding of Cap Tables
• understanding various Valuation Jargons
• Drafting / Vetting SHA/SSA and other various contracts
• Experience in conducting Board & Shareholder’s meetings
• FEMA & RBI compliances
• Various other secretarial & regulatory functions
• Direct interaction with Founders/Startups
