Job Title: Company Secretary & Compliance officer

Location: Mumbai

CTC: As per Industry Standards

Experience: 5+ Years PQE

We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary to join a reputed and fast-growing organization that is a leading name in the Facade industry. This position is ideal for a professional with minimum 5 years and preferably of prior IPO experience, and diversity is preferred as part of our commitment to building an inclusive and high-performing leadership team. The candidate should have strong exposure to working with a listed company and have either handled or played a key role in an IPO journey. The role will involve overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, SEBI and MCA-related filings, board and shareholder meeting management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and legal frameworks applicable to listed entities. The incumbent will also support strategic initiatives, corporate restructuring, investor relations compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership. Candidates with strong expertise in Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance best practices will be preferred.
