Hiring: Legal Officer – Non-Litigation (Business Legal)
Location: Karnal
Company: ART Housing Finance
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
We are hiring a Legal Officer – Non-Litigation (Business Legal) to support our legal and business teams at ART Housing Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and vetting of loan agreements, legal documents, and contracts
2. Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and legal checks for housing loans
3. Ensure compliance with RBI/NHB regulations and internal policies
4. Provide legal support to credit, operations, and business teams
5. Maintain proper documentation and assist in disbursement-related legal processes
6. Coordinate with external lawyers and vendors as required
Candidate Profile:
1. LLB (mandatory)
2. 1–3 years of experience in NBFC/HFC/banking or legal field preferred
3. Knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, and legal due diligence
4. Experience in non-litigation / business legal role
5. Good communication and coordination skills
