Vacancy for CS Trainees
We are currently seeking 2 (Two) Trainees for our listed Company
client for Corporate Secretarial & Legal function.
Eligibility Criteria:
* fresher or with experience in a listed entity
* good knowledge of:
* Companies Act, 2013
* SEBI Regulations including LODR & ICDR
* RBI regulations and other allied corporate laws
Candidates having experience and exposure in the following legal areas
will be preferred:
* Strong knowledge of the Indian legal and regulatory framework
* Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various agreements
and contracts including Banking Agreements, NDAs, Powers of Attorney,
Distributor Agreements, MOUs, etc.
* Maintaining contract database and monitoring contractual obligations
Work Location: South Mumbai
