Our Mumbai office is on the lookout for Lawyers/Company Secretaries with 1/2 years PQE in Corporate/ Company Secretarial matters with a reputed law/consultancy firm. The incumbents would be expected to be team players having a good academic record with good drafting and oral communication skills. Candidates should have relevant experience in handling corporate matters, company secretarial matters, legal due diligence, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, etc.
The candidates selected can expect a varied and challenging work experience and will be offered a remuneration commensurate with their experience and skillsets.
